THE WEDGE

Media and Pundits keep repeating the line that Donald Trump is the one responsible for calling attention to America's Illegal Alien immigration problem, and that he has made it a campaign issue.

That is not the case.

The actual "perp" with regard to this issue is Barack Obama.  And it was Barack Obama's clever use of illegal immigration as a WEDGE issue that set the stage for this to be a set-up for those candidates competing for the GOP 2016 nomination.

Set-up for what?  Set up as the bad guys.

Dana Perino's meltdown on Fox News' "The Five" two days ago, could not have expressed that more clearly.  She, like so many others are apparently unwittingly one side of the dichotomy, while the other side comes out looking like the bad guys.

In a previous article I mentioned that Donald Trump, knowingly, or as a clueless, useful tool of the Democrats is carrying out the Jackass agenda.  He does so, while appearing to bring to light very many issues, not as a Washington "insider," but as someone from outside the beltway.

If  Donald Trump had really wanted to throw a monkey-wrench into the 2016 elections, he should have run as a Democrat.  His record is much more well suited for that fit, and he would offer some competition to the previously secure, and only real candidate for the Democrat nomination, Hillary Clinton.

He would, in fact, at this point in the game,  been the only viable candidate for the Democrats. With all the trouble Hillary is in, he would have waltzed in for the Dem nomination.

Why, then did he choose to run as a Republican?

The WEDGE.

The Democrats are securing their political future using wedge issues, as they always do.  They do this very well.  They divide by using the race issue, and by using the rich-verus poor issue.  They divide us by using the cop versus citizens issue.  They divide us by pitting men against women via the fake "war on women."  They divide us with the anti-gun issue.

And they are using TRUMP as a WEDGE for Republicans.

Observe how "confused" the candidates are made to look.  Those that attack Trump are looked upon as nearly crazy.  "How dare you attack Trump.  He speaks for those who are angry and don't trust government."

How do those that support Trump justify that support?

The answer is:  "Well, they really don't believe that he's going to deport eleven million illegal aliens.  They really don't believe that he is going to get Mexico to pay for the border wall/fence.  They really don't believe that he's going to pass a Constitutional amendment on his own to get rid of the anchor baby situation.

They just like to hear him say those things.

So tell me then.  How's that different than the Washington "insiders," who tell voters what they want to hear, sell them a bill of goods, and then betray voters, as they laugh all the way to the bank.

Who is then stuck with a WEDGE firmly planted once again?

It's the oldest trick in the book, and voters should be rallying to call it out.

We need real debates and real solutions.  Not more insider rhetoric, just so that we can feel good.

We already got that from McConnel and Boehner and the rest of the RINO bunch.

It's about time we boarded the Conservative train and pitched in to make sure it stays on track.

How much more of the Obama fiasco are you going to take?
